Water supply required daily for an hour as clean and clear and odorfree in morning hours. Handover culprits to hell.

Well, to gain aceess to clean and healthy water is one of your fundamental rights, available to you under Article 21 of the Indian Constitution. If this right gets broken or you are not getting this right, you can file a Writ Petition before the concerned High Court to restore this fundamental right to you.
