Sir frnd tha mera ek jo apni prblms ki wajah se mujhse hrrr month paise udhaar pr le rha tha maine usse bola tha bhi wapis kb kroge to bola kr dunga mai us time maine jada force ni kiya usko ki paise wapis kre.. or abh wo amount 1 lakh tk ho gya hai or abh meri is year january me baat hona bnd ho gyi hai meri usse maine usse paise wapis krne ko bola to bolne lga baad me kr dunga phle march ka time fir 1 week baad ka or no. Block kr diya usne watsappp se maine call kiya to lg gya fir usne unblock kr ke bola mai de dunga 1 week baad or block kr diya dubara maine dusre no. Se msg kiya fir unblock kr ke usne msg kiya ki rent wageraaah ni dia hai or abhi hai ni mere paas mai de dunga or block ...2 mhine ho gye or abhi tk paise wapis ni kr rha mere or mai contact bhi krti hu ya txt bhi to no reply or wo dusre numbers bhi block kr deta hai
Maine uske against complain bhi kri police station me but wo log kuch ni kr rhe mujhe complain no. Diya or no. Diya baat krne ko wo no. Lgg ni rha

In such situation you have to first send him a legal notice in which you will be giving him 15 days time to return the money unless civil or criminal proceedings will be initiated against him. This might be a sufficient warning and you might get your money back. In case, if still, you dont get your money, the police complaint already filed by you on that basis a complaint and application will be filed before magistrate for registration of F.I.R under charges if fraud/ criminal breach of trust and other charges.

hello client your money will get recovered but in tht manner you need to go through court proceeding tht is the only way to recover your money as well a if you want your friend can also be send jail also. in your matter you friend can also be liable to get procecuted for mental agoini as well as for troubleing mental tension as well .
