want to submit miscellaneous application in main case

I have submitted new evidences in my case.but since 2 yrs those evidences have not brought on record.those evidences are enough to change the direction of case.i want those evidences to bring to the notice of the court and want to submit my new statement to bring new facts to the notice of court.i want to submit miscallenous application in main case.i want to know if I have to submit all the evidences again with miscallenous application or I can just submit application? this is 498a case
You can marry any person under special marriage act religion does not come this way but you and that boy will have to file an application to the district registrar officer to get married under special marriage act which will issue the notice to concern persons with the time limit of one month

if that evidence not came into court to then you should press in front of court for issuing Warret of that evidence

no. if you have filed already the evidence, then in miscellenous application you have to qote them when you filed and what are they. if they have any exhibit or article number , mention those. keep in mind resubmission is not necessary.
