He can't divorce you only on the basis of this kind of voice recording. If he wants to dissolve marriage, he has to file a divorce case, you have to fight against that case effectively if you do not want to dissolve marriage. Aap pareshan mat hoiye, aapki shadi tut nhi Sakti jab tak Ki aap na chaho. Aap baat Kr Sakti Ho kissi se bhi, ye koi ground nhi hota divorce. Revert me if any prob occur.

Yes you still can file complaint against your husband, you can claim all the rights against your husband as you are legally wedded wife. Recording law in india is very strong and you can beat that as per law. Pehle aapko ab apne husband le case karne shuru karne chahiye

You can file a complaint against him for desertion as and blackmailing. And why did you marry him when you already filed a complaint against him for rape...?
You can mention this on your complaint that our marriage took place because of his blackmailing, coercion etc. then you can file a criminal complaint against him

you can file against him in dowry prohibition Act, domestic violence prohibition Act. Illegally obtained evidence is generally not admissible in courts but it can be. in your case they are not weighty evidences. so dont bother too much.

aap pareshan mat hoiye phone recording itna solid proof nhi hai jiske basis per wo divroce file kar sakte hai. agar wo divorce file karenge bhi to contesting hogi so not to worry.
