I had lent money to someone in India. He never repaid. He is facing a trial in India under IPC 420 and the case reached trial last year. I want to know where the case is upto. His details are as follows Rajiv Thukral CBI vs. M/s Sonshriya Polymers & Ors. CC No. 165/19

hello client as i can see ur issue is serious . but in this matter. as your money is not been given back . the person who have taken money from you and never given you bacj . in this matter you should also get him procecuted in india itself we will defeniatelly help you . pls tell us the statw where the peron is is been procecuted in which city so we xan help you.
