Want to know about the FIR against a Instagram page

Actually i have a confession page in Instagram and i just posted a confession written by anonymous person and a girl for whom the confession was asked to delete the confession and i did the same.. the confession was abit sexual . Now she's saying that she'll put FIR against me and the my page.. i even tell her that from now on I'll not post any confession om her name.What should i do? She wants me to delete my page or she'll do fo a FIR.. she's saying so.. should i delete my Instagram or run it?

Dear Sir, All Indian Laws are in favour of fair sex - Women. If you do not delete Instagram Page and Account immediately. There is every danger that your girl friend may lodge a complaint on the basis of confession which contains sexual admissions. To be on safer side better to delete your account.
