Want to file a complaint against lawyer for his misconduct

I want to file a complaint againt lawyer for misconduct and rude behaviour for physically harming me and threatned to kill me.

You may file a Police complaint against him/her, and also file a complaint in the respective State Bar Council for this professional misconduct, his/her license will be under stake. You can file both.
