Want to Bail in PITA ACT. My friend is inocent.

My friend is arrested in PITA. He was working in spa. But in FIR police said he is found guilty. How we can take bail order. CJM court rejected his Bail application.
you will have to move the sessions court in that respect. it will be necessary that you share the copy of the first information report which has been registered by the police station so that I can guide you better.

Hi, you will have to challenge the order of CJM before the Hon’ble Sessions Court explaining the grounds and facts to the Hon’ble Court in detail. You should also carry copies of judgements in your favour. There are plenty of strong good judgements which can help you in obtaining bail

Now you will have to approach the sessions court against the said order and if sessions courts reject HC is the only option..It is not easy to get bail in PITA
