Can I file a FIR on my ex husband after 11 yrs of crime he committed?
Yes you can file. Registration of FIR is having no impact of delay but delay will come into play during investigation. You have to explain under what circumstances you were stopped to lodge the FiR within time. You can write that since you wanted to save your matrimonial life you didn’t choose to get it registered.
