want to appeal in Supreme Court

there are 4 people in my case who got imprisonment of 5 years from Lucknow High Court .But now 2 of them want to appeal in supreme court and 2 did not.This is possible for 2 of us to appeal separately.And is there any chance of reducing the punishment.
