Want bail from false rape case

Please help! Actually a 15 year girl (made in our house) and her family point out a false alligation of rape on my father , and she also gave her statements of 161 , 164 in front of magistrate and now my father is In jail, but charge sheet is now submitted till, and now the girl family members want to settle the case but how we can't understand.
She worked in our house from 3 months and she is 4 months pregnant but their family allocated that the girl in working from six months , actually some local politician sons are involved in all this but because the girl work in our house, so they make a case against my father and now when voting is over they want to settle the case .
What should we do ? Please help

you have told through your question that your father has been accused of rape by a 15 years old girl and had gone to the magistrate before section 161 or 164 in CRPC there had been statement of he has accused your father and you told that she used to work in your house and currently has a 4 month pregnant you have not mentioned in your question whether your father bail has been rejected by Lower court and is there any Bell application pending in the High Court the crime committed your father is also very hilarious and your father bail session cannot be sanctioned by the court in such a situation you have only one options let in the High Court you can be made for your father in the High Court more information please send me your father FIR so that I can give the correct information
