want bail against multiple FIR

Sir/Madam, I have a FIR booked under sections of 420 and 418 of IPC.For this FIR I got anticipatory bail.But complainant is saying he will same kind of FIR in multiple locations .On such case I have to get a bail again .I got this bail in high court.Please clarify.

For the same offence if different FIRs are registered, you can move the court to quash the other FIR

If the FIR copy has been attached with your ABP, then the bail is valid only for that FIR. But as I said, you can move to quash the other FIR.

That you have to file Antispatory bail before the high court and based on the documentary evidence and oral argument the court will decided to grant the bail and the complainant can file a crmininal case against only with the jurisdiction .

Hello.

If you are apprhending arrest from an unknown FIR, then you should file another anticipatory bail petition seeking bail against the unknown fir.

You need to move the High Court to get anticipatory bail. In case you are already arrested then you have to move for regular bail. In the event of you are not getting the bail you can move the Higher Court. Regarding filing FIR multiple locations are not possible and it is just a empty threat.
