The installation of CCTV cameras directed towards your gate and bathroom by your neighbor constitutes a clear violation of your right to privacy. This act is punishable under Section 66E of the IT Act and Section 77 (voyeurism) of BNSS (in case you have a woman residing in your house). First, send a legal notice to your neighbor demanding removal of the cameras. If they don't comply, file a written complaint at the police station detailing the camera's location, duration of installation, and how it violates your privacy. Also file a complaint with your RWA or local authorities or the Commissioner of Police. If police fails to act, you can file an application under Section 156(3) CrPC before the Magistrate.
