Violation of Privacy Policy for more than 30 lakh customers

05-Aug-2023 (In Criminal Law)
My digital bank has harrassed many customers by repeatedly sending credit card spam messages and emails. When I tried contacting their customer support, they denied to help me unsubscribe me from spam marketing messages. But, they are clearly stating "You can also say no to us using your personal data for direct marketing and in certain other ‘legitimate interest’ circumstances." in their Privacy Policy. Can I file a case against them?

Dear Sir, You can get issue a strong legal notice expressing your intention to file a case against them seeking various reliefs. You may file civil and criminal defamation cases and also stop them doing such activities.
