My boy friend forcing me to do video chat n to be nude n show him. And he was doing masturbate n showing his body parts but I not shown mine and so he started abusing me badly. I have proof. I took screenshot where he is doing masturbate and also have screenshot where he abusing me in chat for not showing my body to him. If I submit it to court or police then it is ok other will claim on me for right to privacy or make other any false allegations on me. ? I have filed 376 on him. For raping me on false mariage promise

Right to privacy is a mutual one and should be respected. In your case you did not consent for virtual intimacy and from your narrative it is clear that your boyfriend forced you to do something to which you said a big No. Being a video chat, the offence punishable under section 376 will not be attracted. But there are other sections in IPC and IT Acts which may get attracted.

mam hope u r safe and gud now when u give a complaint to police, they will conduct investigation and file chargesheet. at first I don't know how ur relationship is but once u denied his request, he has no right to abuse u. ur screen shot, chats all will be gud record to prove sexual harassment under section 354A of IPC and about your sexual relationship if you have the chats of him promising u that he will marry you, then proof that u had intimate relationship with him, then there are fair chances of proving 376 and prosecution that is government will conduct this case on your behalf in sessions court
