Victim of 376/506/498-A also Filed FIR

I was in relationship with a guy, and he was already married which I was not knowing before, when I got to know he is already married, I had convinced by that time. later we got to know it was a complicated pregnancy, so we abort. he promised me he will be taking divorced soon, he cant file divorce right now bcz his legally wedded wife is pregnant too, I couldn't trust his words by that time, so I filed FIR, then after FIR he gave me confessional statement on 500 rupees note, also 50 rupees E bond and signed, stating he will never leave me even if he will not give divorce to his legally wedded life, he made life time promise to stay with me and support me financially, socially, physically etc. on this I trusted him , and gave 164 statement on his favor, also gave a affidavit in court in his favor. as soon as everything was in favour, he started misbehaving with me, also beaten me in home and road, and he through me out of home and left me on road said ab tujhe jo karna ho kar lena..
