Verbally threatened by in laws

i live in a joint family with my husband and other in laws. my husband is elder son. my father in law and his younger son and also his wife wants to exit us from our house.they want to occupy whole the house.everytime they verbally abuse us ,disrespect us. we made a police complain against them.but nothing happen.they again do the same thing.they made a false police complaint against us. we deserve a peaceful life.but not found the right legal path please help.....

dear client as per your query since false case is filled against you so you need to apply for quashing of the case in High court so that the case gets over you can consult me online by paying online consultancy fees...

if the property is of your father in law then you need to find a separate place because you don't have any right other than a licensee over that property. even if it's joint property the case will be same. if your husband has a share he got or purchased then you can get legal relief from court by obtaining injuction. regards, Tanmoy Chattopadhyay, M.Sc (Net), LL.B (Delhi), Advocate Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
