Verbal and Physical intimidation

15-Oct-2023 (In Criminal Law)
I am writing as the Principal of a school. We had disallowed some students from on line classes who had not paid last years full fees. These people had a contention that last years fee hike was not done properly. They had approached ZP Education dept. After an investigation the edu dept had given clean chit to school. They don't accept it and want to verify all documents which we had refused. 15 parents came to school. Three of them behaved very badly and were intimidating verbally and their body language was threatening. Can they be restrained from entering school campus? Ours is an Unaided, Private , Minority institution certified by NCMI and permanently affiliated to ICSE.

yes that can be done. you should talk with an advocate and make a detailed complaint to the nearest police station stating therein every detail and then seeking their protection from these people. You may talk with me too in office hours.

Of Course, you can restrict such Parents threatening you, as they can cause bodily harm to you & can mentally torture you. Tell them, if they want to connect with you, thet should get connected through Video Conference.
