Vehicle taken by the police loaded with 300 alchohol bottles

A person I know from my locality says that 3 years ago he was driving a vehicle with 300 bottles of liquor in Rohini in west Delhi ..the cops came to know of this and on seeing the cops ..he ran away leaving the vehicle behind...all papers r in the car... he is sure police may have issued a warrant against him ... how can he save himself from arrest and claim back his vehicle from the police or Rohini court..

Firstly find the FIR number and paper from the Police Station or get the FIR no. so that paper can be get from court.
Then he will have to move for AB from court. Thereafter vehicle may be teased.

To be able to give you proper advice, I will also have to know other things, such as, in whose name was the vehicle registered? 300 bottles of liquor is illegal and I would also need to know the purpose for which the same was being carried.
The remedy being, you may file for an Anticipatory Bail at the moment.
