Is it necessary to bail again in court if we take anticipatory bail, and what is the validity of anticipatory bail, means how much time it will valid.
There is no specific time mentioned in law for validity of anticipatory bail.If FIR registered against you then you can file for anticipatory bail application in court.After getting anticipatory bail police cannot arrest you they release you on the basis of Anticipatory Bail.

In my opinion, you will have to take bail again from lower court despite of taking anticipatory bail from sessions court.
Anticipatory bail is taken if an accused apprehend arrest, in order to prevent arrest.
