Hello I have perused your query. As per your description it seems that your relationship was in the nature of marriage . Hence you have an option of suing the person for maintenance under section 125 crpc
Also you can file a case against him for cheating/ fraud and for sex on the pretext of marriage under IPC before the magistrate.
