Use of unupdated votter card while having updated one with same id

Have I done any offence by giving unupdated votter epic Xerox for making my daughter birth certificate while having updated one with same votter I’d .

no. your voter ID is still the same. as long as the address is the same it's ok. but else wise it would be a problem to update again and again only. no criminal offence has been committed by you so no need to worry and loose sleep over it
