Use of address without permission

A man has been using my home address as his place of business without my permission for last 7 years.
He has given my home address in government departments like GST.
if a man has been using your address without permission you can sue him for taking your domain he has been doing so since the last seven years you should have sent him a notice he has used your address in the gst

This is totally illegal and will amount to forgery
You need to register an FIR in the police station having jurisdiction of your place. Because you are alleging an incident 7 years later, there should be a reason for the delay. Also mention how you came to know about it recently
