Use of address without permission

A man has been using my home address as his place of business without my permission for last 7 years. He has given my home address in government departments like GST.

if a man has been using your address without permission you can sue him for taking your domain he has been doing so since the last seven years you should have sent him a notice he has used your address in the gst

you should complaint against him in police department and in gst department and to the District Magistrate as well and you should also give a legal notice to that person on his proper address mentioning his GST Number, Advocate Alok Mahur Ghaziabad Court

lodge a Fir against the accused it's serious threat don't take it easy otherwise it would result in several severe issues lodge complaint in Gst department too if you don't take any action against the accused then you will be liable for all penalties and punishments So take action rapidly so that you can be saved from any inconvenience in future

This is totally illegal and will amount to forgery You need to register an FIR in the police station having jurisdiction of your place. Because you are alleging an incident 7 years later, there should be a reason for the delay. Also mention how you came to know about it recently
