What can i do when someone use my photo as a profile picture of facebook. I dont know who did it. I have report many time but no action by Facebook
you have to file a complaint against that person who is using your photo be aware from that time of people kindly take screenshots of I'd and all posts and profile of that people which will help you

you can file for impersonation also certain provisions under the it act are relevant. if you know the settings or the accused account details you can access his account and get your profile removed or go to the settings of your account

you move an application before police cyber cell and you can lodge FIR against that person. if that person is known to you then you can lodge your complain by name in cyber cell. if cyber cell is not taking any action on that application then you can move application on CM portal.

In this case you can go and file a complaint in your concerned police station under Cyber Crime, they will trace and identify the accused person and your picture will be removed if the police denys to the your complaint you can also directly initiate a complaint proceedings before the court. getting your picture removed is important as any crime committee by that profile might directly get you into trouble.
