Hello Sir/Madam, I need legal advice regarding a situation involving a girl who recently filed an online complaint against me. I want to clarify that whatever happened between us was fully consensual and mutual. She is a close friend, and we have known each other for nearly 5 years. It is important to first understand what specific allegations are mentioned in the complaint. Based on the information you have shared, you should not try to contact her. Make sure to safely preserve any evidence such as message screenshots, call logs, or other material that supports your version of events. If an FIR is registered, the police will carry out an inquiry. Therefore, such complaints should not be ignored, and it is advisable to appoint an advocate to guide you through the process.

Since the relation between you and your friend was consensual and whatever happened between you and your friend was with consent there are low chances that a complaint will be registered against you. However it's depends upon the allegations made by your friend. If at all a complaint is filed the same can dealt with by availing the legal remedy.

Hello, I can assist you in preventing registration of a false case against you. If the girl has filed a false complaint or she files in future, her case will not stand in court due to lack of genuine evidences. Hope you got the point.
