Unfair inspection report beyond rules what to do

A government servant inspected my training project after completion date ,and he prepared a report of absence of students ,on basis of his reporting my firm got blacklisted in whole state..Although training was completed as per contract time frame..With all this in between training they didn't paid any scheduled amount for training.. I want to file a criminal case against the employee . Advice me
Have you protested or not is the key issue you are agitating after his report and after you ate black listed now that under go a time bound enquiry adducing the students in your favour and get the report quashed

Sir your question is not clear. What was the contract and what training you were providing. If the case is about contractual obligation then you should file a civil suit for the recovery of the scheduled amount which you are mentioning rather than a criminal case. Dear friend you can't file the criminal complaint against him directly first you have filed a complaint against him to his senior authority if he will not take actions or you are not satisfied with his actions then you can file a criminal complaint against him .
