Dear sir, My ex girlfriend is chatting with me through Instagram app. She is daily call to me and sms me. Both are chat sexual chat . She is taken screenshot but I am delete each and every message. She is cheating me. And complaint against me. The fir filed under section 354A and 354D. I am staying in another state.she is staying another state. Kindly guide us sir. She is married to another person and i am also married another person. I am not received any summon notice through court or PS. I CAN SEE THAT SUMMON DATE IN ONLINE PORTAL. Can I attend the court or not .please suggest me sir

After You receive the summons then u attend the court with your advocate.....without Advocate don't plan anything....what exactly she looking for ... contact us we guide u how to handle this issue... and we help u in the court and do u have any proof or u can contact us we will help u out
