Uncles physically harassing the family and putting false allegations

Hi sir, I Havildar Thanaram, Sir I am only son of my father and serving in Indian Army. My uncles family rushed into my house and beaten my father by sticks and my father hand brok. My father lodge an FIR against them. After then they also lodge a salad FIR against me that I tried to rap with his sister russing into their home and tear their cloth while she was alone. Sir suggest me what can I do, can I transfer this case at my duty stn Jammu
No you Can't transfer this matter to jammu. First you meet a Lawyer. I can't say anything before read FIR. FIR is the very important in these types of cases. Where is your Family lives? please arrange a lawyer for anticipatory bail.

You can not ask for transfer of case. You have to face the trial . You send your man yo sp office and triy to cobvince him and same time you can go to high court for quashing fo r f.i.r. you have to mention the facts before the court
