two cases for same offence, can clubbed to second one ,

one person who is SC category filed a case of assault on other than SC and also one SC, case booked under non sc case by Sub-Inspector and filed charge sheet. within a gap of 10 days, the victim filed a private complaint, SC/ST case case was registered, since, DSP is investigation officer SC/ST case, first case can be clubbed to the second case since offences are same but SC case has to be investigated by DSP,

We can file a Quash petition on First FIR or second FiR amd cancel the case ...for this you need to approach to advocate and he file a quash petition in court and cancel the case..a advocate will find the solution on this case and he will help uou
