Transfer Of FIR To Other District As Offence Is In Different District

I am Zahooruddin from District Gulbarga, State: Karnataka, I was kidnapped and beaten up in village Gogi of Yadgir District before 3 months before and on 8/4/2021, FIR no: 32/2021 got registered in Village Gogi and panchnama has also completed. Now my question is how do I transfer this case to my district as I am a residence of Gulbarga District but got kidnap in other district.
you hav eto approach highcourt and need to file the petition for transfer , for same you have good grounds based on residence ground transfer of criminal case is not possible, so approach any advocate and discuss for more options available to you.

You can file a transfer petition before District Court of Gulbarga and get it transferred. Normally such criminal cases cannot be transferred since all witnesses will be resident of that village. However, if you ready to bear all the expenses of witnesses then it may be transferred.
