To know about trail in appeal court


19-May-2023 (In Criminal Law)
I had a criminal case at ACJM and the case was splited as two , one for me and the other one is for Co- accuest, the judgment also has given as two seperately, now my question is in the apeal court can I do argument seperately or I have to wait to club with my Co- accuest before do trail argument, please advice me. Thanks in advance

your case is separate from co accused. you can file the appeal no need to wait for co-accused to join with your case. the judgement is one another the same then we will file the appeal for you and co-accused by a single advocate for further details eight seven seven eight seven four zero five three four
