Time limit to appeal in High court

Sir pls tell me time limit to fill case in Chandigarh after decision of highcout. I received Rewari court decision before 10 month against rape case for minor child . Pls tell can I file case in Chandigarh high court today .
Yes. You can definetely file the case in chandigarh. But not today. Because the courts are on summer vaccations. I will like to check your file if it has some urgemcy then it can be filed now or othwrwise after 1st july. I am doing full fledge practise in chandigarh. Feel free to contact.

your question is not properly framed , it doesn't make sense. high court is in chandigarh and decision was also announced from Chandigarh.
where do you find to file appeal in high court or Supreme court ????
if 10 month have passed without filing any appeal time limit is over. but still depending upon facts of case an application for condonation can be preferred. approach a high court lawyer along with copy of order and evidence .

Though the time of appeal has lapsed, an application for condonation of delay can be filed in the high court by citing valid reasons for not forwarding the appeal. if lawyer could satisfy the court then the appeal will be entertained by the honorable high court.
