Time frame for challenging order of bail grant to the accused

I would like to know that what is the time limit for challenging the order for granting bail to the accused? Facts : 10 months passed accused is on bail,no post bail bail condition violation by the accused , however one of the lawyer adviced that still cancellation is apply in highcourt on the grounds that material facts surpressed , opportutnity was not given to to the complainant to be heard ,PP didn't argue. Chargesheet submitted in court ( MM) and case is about to commit to the sessions.
Hello client as your asking tht you want to challenge the bail order of a person in high court in the condition when no condition has been violated by the offender who is on bail. Right now from last 10 months .but if you still want to challenge the order you can do it but with a valid ground which get convenienced the high court.
