In this regard, i would like to advice that there is no calculative specific timings for getting things done. If you have been wrongly charge-sheet then you can very well get a discharge from the case. There has to be specific allegations of cruelty and other provisions and further you need to see if the court has territorial jurisdiction or not. You always have good chances of getting discharge in such case. For further clarification, please contact.

Hi,
Kindly appreciate, the law and order works in a procedural manner as payed down by law of the land.
The hearing depends on lot of other factors, for example if the court is on leave, further if some other staff member in court is on leave due to which the said hearing could not be effective.
Otherwise, if everything goes smooth, the proceeding shall take place as per you have laid down.
For more information, feel free to have a word with me. All the best.

sir,
your question as I understand, you want to calculate exact time/ no of hearings in the 498A case, the time is depending upon the prosecution and your Lawyer ( if you are ready with the documents and pieces of evidence without fail) the stipulated time is approximate as you have written.
The No of hearings may vary upon various factors as a change of lawyer, leave of judges, documentation laches, time taken in examination of witnesses. etc
