Threatening to file false cases

After my sister got married her in laws father in law, mother law, and sister in law torchered her, so we brought back my sister and her son , her husband demanding to give the son or his sister (my sister's sister in law) will file false case on me and my father what can we do now

hi if any false case is registered against the family members then you could file quash petition to quash the case and FIR as it is based on all false allegations and that you were not present at the scene of the offence
