Hello,
as per the information provided by you the law does not refrain such an act done with good heart. But due to girls and women are misusing their rights a lot of things connect to such a conclusion which they get after not being satisfied by ransoms and blackmailing innocents like you. There are few things which may help you to get out this situation quickly and economically. so for further assistance feel free to write and talk.

Please ask your brother go the Police Station and inform them everything in writing and request them to do not entertain the false complaint . Also file NC Complaint against Girl and Boyfriend u/s 506 IPC . Then file a private complaint at Nearest Metropolitan Magistrate

You should approach your nearest police station and give a complaint in writing that the friend has threatened to file false case against you and is blackmailing you and is demanding 1 lac. This will save you from unnecessary prosecution .
