in this situation you can file immediately police station which is near you police station immediately you can file compliant late police station person will call the person and they will ask the reasons of threatening you ethir they will arrested

Dear Sir/Madam, It is a purely a blackmailing case and you have to approach the Police with some influence and get register FIR and get him arrested. If you do not do this he may again and again blackmail you and extort money from you thus you will be in trouble.

he cannot do anything, do not be afraid if necessary file a police complaint against him, being a pimp itself is an offence so let him do whatever he wants, do not pay him any money instead talk to him legally if not take action by filing a complaint.
