Threatening by screenshots and photos

I created my account on a social media app and posted some other actor's photo, then talked to a girl and then a few days later we had sex chat, she sent me some pictures to me normal photos, then after 2 or 3 days I told my reality that I am not the one who is in the photo she forgave me, then the next day she blocked me on telegram, then I messaged from another account and used her photos I said if you will not talk so i will change your pictures on naked body, then she started talking to me then she asked for my pictures and my family i sent her then after few days she stopped talking to me again now yesterday i sent her pictures again and she sent me my pictures and she have screenshots that threatened her, and said that he will sue me in India, he has a friend who is an advocate, and he has got to know about my family and where I live, but I only tell the name of the city, Is it possible that I she can sue me in court by a advocate without present herself here ?
Yes…if she has got the screenshots of you threatening her about changing her photographs then she can successfully file a case against you under 354 that is outraging the modesty of a woman. Yes she can sue under sec 66A in Information Technology Act 2008
Punishment under this sec is any electronic mail or electronic mail message for the purpose of causing annoyance or inconvenience or to deceive or to mislead the addressee or recipient about the origin of such messages
shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years and with fine
Also she can sue under sec 509 in IPC punishment under this sec is shall be punished with simple imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine or with both.
She can also sue under threat because you threatened her at first
