Threatened to life and mentally assault

I took more then three lakhs for my daughter treatment from a lottery winner back in last year by fraud and cheating as I did not have other sources that moment but still i failed to repay as my daughter is in still bad condition as a result now he is continuously threatening me to kill me, he already talked to my wife and family and broke each and every relationship I had. No body talks to me even, he effected my profession also and now don't have a proper job. I m in depression

you can file a gde in police station either or you can file a case under section 107 crpc in court, that are more helpful to you and that person should have to appear to the court, give a bond to keep peace for next 6 months
