Threat to wrongful complaint against my businesw by my neighbour due t

I have a coffee estate and a hospitality business, part of my estate is encroached by neighbour and the case is in court . Now they are threatening that if we don't withdraw the case they will use thier influence and file a wrong case on my hospitality business saying we are conducting illegal activities.

okay I understand your question do you have to file counter casd shsinest t hem t hen rhey ard come to your track so if you need any legal help contact me and you were already filed case civil dispute pending before the court right so you have to move the case thank you

Dear Sir, There is no solution for the above problem. Might is the right is prevailing in India and you must take appropriate difference at the appropriate time in the appropriate Court. On such statements you may file suit for injunction restraining them from lodging or initiating any proceeding against you except in accordance with law.
