threat of false Rape FIR if consensual sex 4 months back

i and my female friend were in good terms and i am 39 years (married since 8 years) and she 28 years age (she is unmarried).nwe decided to have consensual sex and i booked hotel room in bangalore. we met in day time and had lunch little whiskey and had sex.nafter sex me and her are in constant conversation since 4 months.nshe and me met in public places like restaurant 3 times.nshe is in financial cruch and she took 50k as loan from me last month. possibility that she can file rape case on me

don't worry it is not consider as rape but she can file complaint based on false story but she knows about personally and she knows that you're married person and some clarification from you to give further opinions how you both got to know
