This is Manoj - My question is that .There is a clash between my aunt and her neighbour relating to Agriculture land matter . My aunt filed an FIR against the neighbour. Next day the neighbour filed fir against my aunt and his son but included me also ...while giving he doesn't know my name - but original name was Manoj but he give the siddesh - farmer .. actually he doesn't know my name and job ...this was done 6 months back ...ow police call me they are telling that they filing charge sheet but one twist here both parties agreed to take off the case .. i am preparing for govt examination will this effect my career and getting govt job . My original name is not mentioned in fir and both parties agreed to take back the case ....give a solution
