third person threatening the buyers and creating the nuisance

I have bought a site from one lady. Now I m planning to sell this site to somebody. Third person is coming to the site and threatening the buyer that he has to get some money on the land. He is no where related to the site other than he signed as witness the in the sale deed. How to restrain the person entering to the site or threatening the buyers and protection for me from the third person? is there way to get the protection/restraining order from the Court.

hi you could file injunction suit against such person in competent court and seeking a direction to that person to not to enter the land as it is your property and he had no interest over that property
