Hi In case you have compelling proof of the fraud as alleged. You can have a legal notice sent to them demanding they refund your token money or provide you with the lehenga. Feel free to get in touch to discuss further. Regards Adv. Abhinav Sharma

If you have made a payment to them and agreed on paying the amount of 45k, you will have to prove fraud and false representation. You will also need to have proper proof regarding the actual value of the goods. Please fee free to contact me for any further assistance.

If they are not listening to you then you can send them a legal notice and in that notice you can write either refund my money back along with compensation or face legal action. And if want to go legal then you can always forward a written complaint to the police station of your area. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

In your case we need the receipt or the bill which they have offered you and we have to check what are the terms and conditions in that receipt …. in case if you book something then what are the terms and conditions of refund or cancelling the booking …secondly if they are selling for whatever price it's up to them you cannot justify that why they are selling at higher price or lower price …in law there is maxim that creditors beware… please be in touch for more information thank you

As such there is no cheating on part of seller Parampara. seller has quoted a price which amount to an offer and you agreed to purchase on quoted price and even made part payment, thus, you had accepted the offer and consented to pay quoted price, hence as per law contract stand completed. you are legally bound to pay the quoted price. No case is made out.
