They caught me for drunk and drive in jublee hills, BAC (58). I tried to help my sister as she was tipsy and I had only one beer. But I do not have a license, what do I do.

if you had shared more information then I could have answered precisely like are you a minor, do you have LLR(Learners license), what happened to your vehicle,have you misbehaved with any police officer, etc.. To satisfy you, here is my answer...Even if you have LLR, there is nothing much to worry about,they will ask you to pay the fine at the Nampally Court. it is just a one day event at the court, and don't forget to dress modestly (avoid Jeans,Tshirts etc)
