There has been a medico legal case registered against me

16-Jan-2024 (In Criminal Law)
I tried to commit suicide in 2021 but I didn't die and there was a medico legal case filed against me, I was not convicted and punished as according to mental healthcare act as I was presumed to have severe stress. Now after IPC replaced by bns, would there be any pending cases against me ,as I want to go abroad I need a police clearance certificate,I have no other history except the above , so will i be able to get a pcc from india. Or my pcc would show the suicide attempt as criminal record

As if there's an FIR registered under there, then in that regard, you can go for the quashing of the FIR so that the stigma and crime would be quashed. As a result, it won't indicate any criminal charges in your name.
