Seller has stolen my property agreement documents.Is this a criminal offence?

Yes of course it is a criminal offence you have to give police complaint in your jurisdictional police station against the seller regarding the theft and cheating . You can call for legal assistance for detail procedure.

Yes any type of stolen theft is a crime as per Indian Law and complain of the same can be filed before Police and Police has to registered the first information report of the same a copy of first information of report must to hand over to complainant

Yes it is a criminal offence . you must report the matter in details to the police. and hat how he has entered into your premises and stolen your papers, the details have to be specific . so that he gets convicted for the offence.
