Q: What to do in case GPA is not valid in haryana ?

Dear Sir/madam, I've bought a 40 Gj land and under constructed building at krishna Kunj, Naya Gaon, Bhondsi, Gurugram(Hr). Now i'm facing problem with registry issue and registry has stooped in haryana and GPA is not valid in haryana also. I've already paid half of amount to the party. Please suggest, what to do in this case for legal proof now, why registry closed in haryana ?

Respected sir/ madam you go to revenue office tell him all these issues after that you can obtain no objection certificate from the revenue officer than you get the registered document from the revenue officer

Q: Civil Suit And Contempt Of Case Discussion

I purchased 1acre land from a lady of my village. Lady got the land from her husband via decree. Her husband got that land from ancestors. Both lady and man are alive. They have 8 children. 5 boy and 3 girls. Now out of 5 boys 2 boys filed civil suit against her mother and father claiming that it is anencetral property and they have also their share in it and how can his mother and father can sale the land. Below are the points related to sale of land. 1. We made agreement on 27th Feb 2017 and in March 2017 their sons filed civil suit case against her mother but we did not have any clue about it. On 16-05-2017 we got it registered and unfortunaly the sons also got status quo from court. Now I feel I am in trouble because the sons also filed contempt of court case against me too. Now please suggest what will happen. Will I have to loose the land as well as money...?? Please suggest. Also tell me the time duration to become the party in civil suit because still I am not any party.

I bought 1 acre of land from a lady. That lady got that land from her husband. Her husband got land from his ancestors. Both lady and man are alive. Now their children filed civil suit against lady claiming that lady sold their share as that was an ancestral property. Now I want to know what will happen to me because I bought that land in 20lacs. Will I have to loose that land as well as money. What will be the decesion of court. Some person say that clidren will win the case because thier mother could not sale the land. Please suggest me what will happen.

dear sir you have no any loss in case because because in h u f Hindu karta have right to sell the the property for legal necessity so you don't worry and contest the present suit In Civil court. there are many judgements on this ground. Don't worry
