Theft E-Fir Quashing In Delhi?

An e-fir related to theft against me registered by delhi police. I want to get it quashed. Please advise

for this you have to move application before the high court having territorial jurisdiction and apprise the facts which shows that you are not guilty of the offince alleged in FIR. Therefore copy of FIR is must to study for preparing the application for quashing.

Every FIR is quashed by the High Court only. The certified copy of the FIR along with it’s true typed copy will be needed. And also the Aadhaar Card to ascertain the jurisdiction of the case will be needed. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

you have to quashed it through delhi high Court... in quashing if your trail is pending than you along with other party have to appear before court.. and if matter is compounded or settle between party than file that order/settlement..you can contact us our quashing fee is 15K.

You can get it quashed a quashing petition has to be filed in the high court of Delhi and for which you will have to share your documents such as an FIR, chargesheet ( if filed in court ) And then we can draft and go ahead with the same

Quashing can be done on merits or on the basis of compromise. On merits it’s only possible if you have conclusive evidences in your defence. Kindly be in touch to understand the legalities in this regard !
