Theft done by minor son.Parents blamed.What action will the court take

Honourable mam/sir We have a case on us we were living in a rent house where my landlords 1,800g gold was robbed later on we came to know it was done by neighbour child 12 year old and my child 17 year old after that they left my child and put case on us husband and wife it was crime done by children now my child is 18 and case will be starting this month 24th can u please help us please Will my child be Punished or we will be Punished I can't pay compromise 20 lakh as we belong to middle class family please help us

You can not be accused for alleged theft. If your child is accused then only the complainant can succeed provided they prove the charge. The case to be tried by juvenile court. If you have been made accused in chargesheet then go for quashing in high court under section 482 of Cr PC.
